URGENT HIRING
Role & responsibilities
QMS Responsibilities
- Leading Audit Program of the company ( MACE audit, ISO and IATF) with the existing NPD, Production and QA team at the company.
- Preparing Internal Audit plan, schedule and conducting internal audit of various departments.
- Develop and implement quality control procedures, work instructions, and inspection plans to ensure consistent and effective quality control practices.
- Conduct audits of manufacturing processes and suppliers to assess compliance with quality standards, specifications, and regulatory requirements.
- Provide training and guidance to production and quality control personnel on quality procedures, inspection techniques, and quality improvement initiatives.
- Conducting Kaizen activities, reviewing PFD, FMEA, Control Plan and SOP.
QA Responsibilities
- Lead the QA team at the organization to ensure inspections and quality checks are conducted on incoming raw materials, in-process components, and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards and customer requirements.
- Perform visual and dimensional inspections using Profile Projector, Video Measuring System, Tensile testing using UTM machine and other measuring tools and equipment, such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
- Conduct tests, such as hardness tests, torque tests, and functional tests, to verify product performance and reliability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, engineering, and suppliers, to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
- Investigate and analyze non-conformances, defects, and customer complaints, and identify root causes using problem-solving techniques.
- Collaborate with suppliers to resolve quality-related issues, conduct supplier evaluations, and drive continuous improvement in the supply chain.
- Participate in the development and validation of new products, ensuring that quality requirements are met during the design and manufacturing stages.
- Prepare detailed inspection reports, and other quality documentation, and communicate findings to relevant stakeholders.
