Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Answer calls, take and relay messages
Provide information to callers
Greet people and direct them to the right person
Deal with queries of employees and customers
Monitor visitor access and maintain security awareness
Provide general administrative and clerical support
Prepare correspondence and documents, when needed for admin support
Receive and sort mail and courier
Schedule appointments for HODs when needed
Maintain appointment diary
Manage booking of conference, boardroom and meeting rooms
Co-ordinate meetings and organize catering as and when required
Monitor and maintain office equipment
Control inventory relevant to reception area.
