RoleDesign Engineer(Mechanical) EngineeringTypeFull TimeJob description:- Good communication skills.- Good working knowledge on UG NX (Part Modelling, Sheetmetal, Assembly Modelling, 3D tube routing and drawing)- Knowledge in Solid Edge and Pneumatic schematic creation in AutoCAD- Good Experience in iPLM (Team center and release process)- Experience in designing of electromechanical and electropneumatic system- Expert knowledge in Dimensioning, GD&T, Tolerance Analysis and Review.- Good knowledge in design of plastic machining parts, plastic welds, Sheetmetal, frame weldments, pneumatics, hydraulics, and electro- mechanical systems.- Experience in selection of OEM components- Technical reviews of deliverables.- Basic Electrical knowledge, component selection, cable routing and control panel/enclosure design.- Good knowledge in DFX (Design for manufacturing & Assembly etc.,)- Knowledge in QMS related to project.- Application of Specific Process standards.- Review the design and drawing.- CAD Model quality check (Interference check, BoM Check, Document Quality Check, Tech Review).- Effective Team and individual player.- Electrical Components selection, cable routing in NX preferred
