CCS service practice has embarked on a journey to build best in class Automation platform to support efficiencies in our managed service business. To support us , we are looking for. an enthusiastic Automation expert with entrepreneurial mindset & intense experience in Managed service operations to join Engineering(R&D) team in CCS Service practice. What You Will Learn And Contribute To As part of our team, you will: Be responsible to define solution architectures of portfolio development requirements. You will be primarily responsible to interface with various business lines and markets and be e2e responsible of owned solutions. Lead the creation and development of end-to-end solutions, optimizing the use of Nokia's multi-BL portfolios to achieve the customer vision and requirements. Support and implement architectural fitment of managed service applications on Cloud-native principles. Developing new applications and redesign existing ones, showing personal accountability and successful delivery Ability to engage with Delivery centers to understand ways of working and propose a plan to improve operational efficiencies. Ability to map applications to Managed service business benefits and realization. Analyzing internal and external business challenges in order to recommend best practices to improve products, processes and services. Participating in process and tools evolution and its improvements, identifying bottlenecks, deficiencies, and points for improvements Your Skills And Experience We are looking for an experienced Architect with 15+ years of operational experience in Managed service. Working level experience in OSS transformation including Alarm management, configuration/performance management. Experience in service management and SOC setup will be a plus. Experience in dimensioning of a NOC/SOC for operations of a typical Tier 1 operator. Experience in implementation of automation driving applications in remote delivery setup. Good business and operational acumen to articulate business benefits of Automation. Fluent spoken and written English.
