Job summary
We are seeking a Sr. Business Analyst with 6 to 10 years of experience to join our team as a Senior Associate. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Oracle Cloud HCM modules and a strong background in Sales and Operations Planning. This role involves leveraging technical skills to optimize HR processes and contribute to the companys strategic goals.
Qualifications
- Possess strong analytical skills to interpret complex business requirements.
- Demonstrate proficiency in Fusion HCM Extracts and OC HCM Fun-Core HR.
- Have hands-on experience with OC HCM Tools-Fast Formula and Oracle Cloud HCM - OTBI/OBIEE.
- Show expertise in Oracle Cloud HCM - Absence Management Benefits and Compensation.
- Be knowledgeable in Oracle Cloud HCM - HR Helpdesk and Payroll.
- Nice to have experience with Oracle Cloud HCM BPM Workflow and Security.
- Familiarity with Oracle Cloud HCM-Global HR is a plus.
- Exhibit strong domain knowledge in Sales and Operations Planning.
- Possess excellent communication and collaboration skills.
