Job Summary

The TM-Accounting role involves managing and optimizing financial processes within the Finance Domain. The candidate will leverage their expertise in reconciling accounts and record-to-report accounting to ensure accurate financial reporting. This hybrid position requires a native English speaker with strong communication skills to collaborate effectively during day shifts.


Responsibilities

  • Oversee the reconciliation of simple accounts to ensure accuracy and compliance with financial standards.
  • Provide expertise in record-to-report accounting processes to enhance financial reporting efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline finance and accounting operations.

  • Qualifications

  • Possess extensive experience in the Finance Domain particularly in reconciling accounts and record-to-report accounting.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in finance and accounting principles to ensure effective management of financial processes.
  • Exhibit strong analytical skills to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights.
  • Have excellent communication skills in English to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
  • Show adaptability in a hybrid work model balancing remote and in-office responsibilities efficiently.
  • Display a proactive approach to identifying and implementing process improvements in finance and accounting.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of regulatory requirements to ensure compliance in all financial activities.

  • Certifications Required

    Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Chartered Accountant (CA) certification is preferred.
