Cognizant IOAs Employee Experience Enterprise Services team has open opportunities for HR


Experience designers. In this role you, as a HR functional expert you will have an opportunity to exhibit


intellectual leadership to resolve complex HR problems of the client. You will collaborate with some of

Responsibilities


  • Deliver transformation engagements across the HR lifecycle (Hire to Retire) to amplify employee

experiences for all stakeholders (including Recruiter, candidates, employee, manager & HR


Teams)


  • Respond to client RFI, RFPs to design an impactful solution

  • Capture business leaders requirements to resolve challenges

  • Analyse complex people, policy and process problems and recommend solutions by

leveraging knowledge of HR operating models, processes & technology


  • Lead and participate in design workshops, feasibility discussions.

  • Good problem-solving skills with ability to address unstructured business and HR problems

  • Enhance & improve client engagement through Industry/functional expertise of HR domain.

  • Interact & work with multiple HR, technology & business stakeholders to enable HR

transformations


  • Own proposal & presentation creation and positioning

Problem Solving and Solution Building:


  • Develop deep insights into Client issues based on past experiences and HR domain expertise.

  • Bring intellectual leadership to solve client challenges.

  • Develop recommendations and drive team effort to build HR solutions across Hire to Retire

lifecycle.


  • Understand industry trends and provide thought leadership.

Professional Qualifications and Skills


  • 6 to 15 years of professional experience

  • Must have a MBA(HR) degree from a premier B-school.BE +MBA will be preferred

  • Experience in Consulting and project management will be an added advantage.

  • Business analysis and requirements gathering

  • Strong presentation and communication skills

Others


  • Willingness to travel to clients work location if required.

  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment; Must possess good Business acumen

  • Be Adaptable, Self-Motivated, Collaborative and Responsible.
