Job Description

Operational Excellence Analysts support the implementation and improvement of operational processes within an organization. Responsibilities may include assisting with process mapping and documentation, data analysis, identifying areas for improvement, supporting continuous improvement initiatives, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. They may assist in the development and implementation of HR operational excellence frameworks, tools, and methodologies to enhance efficiency, quality, and overall performance. - Grade Specific
Produces deliverables within own discipline.Focus is on learning how to work in a team environment to deliver responsibilities in a timely and quality manner.Typically requires guidance by a more senior practitioner. Usually works in team and full-time on a single project. Skills (competencies)
