Job Description

The role is responsible for planning, organizing and delivery of large-size power transmission projects and WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR SUBMISSION OF DAILY REPORTS. Adherence to company guidelines and local regulations on health, safety & environment WITH THE OBJECTIVE OF ensuring project completion as per high quality standards and within budgeted costs and timelines. PUNCHING RECIEPT OF MATERIAL IN THE SYSTEM UPLOADING INVOICE AND OTHER PAPERS REGARDING PURCHASES. (ROUTINE VERFICATION OF PROPER UTILISATION OF STOCK AND BALANCE THEREOF) Create project management program in consultation with supervisor and subordinate (Senior Site Agent and Planning Manager); Seek support from supervisor on resource allocation.CO-ORDINATION WITH SITE TEAM. Identify personnel to be staffed on the project basis number and skill requirements; Assign accountabilities to subordinates and guide them in cascading down the same within their respective teams.DAILY ATTENDANCE OF STAFF AND WORKERS ENGAGED. ON PROJECT SITE INCLUDING WORKERS OF SUB-CONTRACTORS. Identify parts of the project to be sub-contracted basis contract requirements as well as understanding of internal capabilities and resource availability. Guide subordinates in supplier and sub-contractor selection; Seek necessary approvals from supervisors, if required; Review supplier/sub-contractor performance on a periodic basis and take correction action. Guide subordinate (Project Manager) in developing the short-term project plan using a bottom-up approach; Review and approve the same and seek validation from the client. ACCOUNTING OF IMPREST CASH FOR SITE EXPENSES SUBMIT DAILY EXPENSES INCURRED AND INVOICE THEREOF IN GROUP AS WELL AS MONTHLY SHEET. Desired Candidate Profile Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent Total work experience 20+ years from contracting firms: 12+ years of EPC project management experience in projects of comparable magnitude and complexity.
