Job Description

Required Skills & Experience:

5 to 10 years of hands-on experience in Machine Learning and Deep Learning (e.g., Random Forest, XGBoost, CNNs, RNNs, Transformers)
3 to 4 years of experience in building and deploying Generative AI applications at an enterprise scale
Proficient in Python and libraries such as NumPy, Pandas, scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch
Strong experience working on large-scale, enterprise-level AI/ML projects
Ability to translate business challenges into AI-based solutions and deploy them successfully
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with LLM platforms (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, Cohere)
Familiarity with frameworks such as LangChain, HuggingFace, or similar
Exposure to MLOps and deployment of ML pipelines in enterprise environments
Experience working in Agile-based project teams
