LetsEndorse is a Tata Trusts-funded social enterprise, started in 2015 out of Bengaluru. We are on a mission to solve social issues at scale. We have been working on building multi-stakeholder partnerships with the government, NGOs, corporations, and other relevant stakeholders in order to- 1) Understand nuanced social issues at a community level, 2) Identify and co-create befitting solutions, 3) Raise required resources to deploy these solutions at the last mile. Over the last three years, we have focused on enabling people to set up new enterprises or scale up their existing micro-enterprises by taking a credit-plus approach. In addition to financing, we are building their capacity before and after setting up the business. We have built a platform to do this at scale. In partnership with SIDBI and the Government of Maharashtra, we are already working in ~115 districts across six states. We have enabled over 6,200+ enterprises with roughly INR 85 Crore of investment. By the end. of 2025, we are looking to enable 1,00,000 micro-entrepreneurs, unlock 3,000+ Crore of investment, reduce the cost of finance by up to 50%, and generate employment for 4,00,000 people. Our "maturation model" aims to achieve 99% business survival and repayment rates, ensuring sustainable monthly incomes. Description: Urban populations, in general, wish to spend their weekends to have a quality time by getting new and unique experiences. They majorly look forward to getting themselves relieved from work pressure, regaining their mental composure, and spending some quality time with their loved ones and friends. However, these avenues are limited. While with raising in scarcity of such experiential avenues, a huge lot of potential resources are being unutilized or underutilized, which actually forgoes to tap the sustainable livelihood opportunities of the society. We envision creating livelihood avenues through experiential avenues, by utilizing the existing opportunities in terms of demand and resources. We identify potential resources for experiential avenues, groom them into micro enterprises, and create sustainable livelihood opportunities for society. Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Marketing Associate to join our travel and tourism project. The Marketing associate will be responsible for developing and implementing the marketing strategy for the business, with a particular focus on social media marketing and other digital marketing channels. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in marketing within the travel and tourism industry, a deep understanding of social media marketing, and a track record of driving customer engagement and revenue growth through effective marketing campaigns. Key Responsibilities: Designing a detailed ready to launch marketing strategy for an upcoming experience aligned tourism facilitating business. Conducting market research on experience, travel, and tourism domains. Segmenting the target audience in the convenience of marketing; drafting strategies for different segments, across suitable mediums. Designing and executing regular marketing campaigns to ensure increased customer engagement, and brand awareness and positioning in the market. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, such as influencers, travel bloggers, and media outlets, to build brand awareness and drive customer engagement. Exclusively creating marketing and opportunity avenues for the hosts or the potential resource owners, in order to increase the inventory volume. Designing strategies to ensure that customers are intact with the platform on a regular basis. Analyzing the market trends and performances; setting marketing targets, drafting plans, and estimating budget. Manage the marketing budget and ensure campaigns are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard. Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards. Qualifications and Experience: Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field; masters degree in the same domains would be highly preferable. Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing management; experience in the travel and tourism sector in particular would be an obvious preference. Deep understanding of social media marketing, including best practices, trends, and platforms, and experience in managing social media accounts for businesses. Strong knowledge of other digital marketing channels, including email marketing, PPC, SEO, and content marketing. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders and influence decision-making. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data and insights to inform marketing strategies and decision-making. Sound commercial and financial acumen, with the ability to develop and implement marketing strategies that drive revenue growth and profitability. Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines. Willingness to take ownership of their work, have the ability to work independently, and collaborate with other team members. Willingness to learn every day and bias towards action.
