We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Assistant Manager (AM) to lead and manage an inbound international voice process team
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise a team of Team Leaders handling inbound customer support operations.
Ensure consistent achievement of performance metrics including SLAs CSAT and quality benchmarks.
Handle client escalations and critical issues with efficiency and professionalism.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements.
Maintain operational excellence through performance monitoring and coaching.
Ensure compliance with all applicable US healthcare regulations and internal policies.
Conduct regular reviews
Skills & Attributes:
Must be a designated Assistant Manager in a BPO setting.
Experience handling Team Leaders in an international inbound voice process.
Strong preference for US healthcare domain experience.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong leadership coaching and team-building abilities.
Proficient in managing call center KPIs and operational metrics.
Ability to thrive in a dynamic
Flexibility to work in night shifts aligned with US time zones.
