Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in vadodara for a Senior Operations Manager. The Senior Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations for assigned client accounts, including team management, workflow optimization, and ensuring delivery of high quality services to our. clients. The Senior Operations Manager will work closely with the client stakeholders to identify areas of improvement and implement changes to enhance the service delivery and overall customer experience.
