Job Description
We are hiring for Top BPO's for customer support. Responsibilities and Duties The primary responsibilities of a Customer Service specialist would be:- Handling escalations and complex queries.
- Manage incoming calls
- Answer calls professionally to provide information about products and services, take/ cancel orders, or obtain details of complaints.
- Identify and assess customers needs to achieve satisfaction
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
- Ability to listen and active problem solving skills
- Good interpersonal skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Any graduates and undergraduates
