We are expanding our India operations and are hiring a Senior CRM Functional Consultant / Technical Project Manager to deliver complex CRM projects for international clients across Europe.


Role Overview

This is a dual-role position combining deep CRM functional expertise with hands-on technical project management. You will act as the bridge between our European client teams (including French-speaking clients) and our India-based development teams, ensuring that client needs are translated into clear requirements, managed efficiently, and delivered successfully.

You will work extensively on complex CRM implementations with significant customization, integrations, and reporting, primarily focusing on Salesforce or similar enterprise CRM platforms.


Job Responsibilities

  • Analyze and understand business needs, translating them into detailed Project Requirement Documents (PRDs) and functional specifications
  • Collaborate with European client-facing teams to design effective CRM solutions addressing business challenges
  • Coordinate with development teams in Bangalore, ensuring that deliverables meet defined scope, timelines, and quality standards
  • Oversee complex CRM customizations, system integrations, and advanced reporting configurations
  • Lead functional testing, support user acceptance testing (UAT), and ensure smooth deployment and go-live
  • Provide post-implementation support, user documentation, and training materials as needed
  • Track project milestones, maintain detailed status updates, and proactively manage project risks and issues
  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for CRM processes and functionalities, driving continuous improvement and innovation within the delivery team
  • Coordinate across cross-functional teams, including developers, QA, business analysts, and client account managers, to ensure successful project delivery

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent professional experience)
  • Minimum 10 years of hands-on CRM implementation experience (Salesforce, Oracle, or other major CRM platforms)
  • Strong functional knowledge of CRM modules, processes, customization, and reporting
  • Proven experience managing complex, large-scale CRM projects involving offshore teams and multiple stakeholders
  • Expertise in database management, reporting tools, and understanding data flows within CRM ecosystems
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (French or other European languages are a plus but not required)
  • Solid organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking skills
  • Familiarity with project tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Trello)
  • Experience working with international clients, particularly in Europe, is highly desirable
