Job Summary: We are a fast growing Managed Service Provider with some of the leading Global Enterprises/Telecom Service Providers as our clients. We are in the process of expanding our India Operations and looking for experienced and committed Network Engineers to be part of our Support TeamBE /BSc /Diploma engineers with minimum 2 to 3 years of experience and Cisco certified (CCNA)Very good Understanding of TCP/IP and troubleshooting of Network ConnectivityExperience with Cisco routers, switches and security devicesIdeal candidate should have experience Routing & Switching & SecurityIf experienced in routing and switching the candidate should possess skills in the areas of troubleshooting enterprise networks with the following technologies Routing Static routes, EIGRP, BGP and OSPFSwitching STP, UDLD, ARP, VTP, EtherChannelsIP Addressing & SubnettingWAN MPLS, SDN circuits and interface related issues such as QoS, errors, discards, etcFirewall , Access list , Stateful Inspection. NATVPN, TunnelingProvide Level-1 support and troubleshooting to resolve network related issues.Monitor performance and ensure system availability and reliabilityExperience in working in a network operations center is preferred.Knowledge of ITIL practices and process is requiredStrong research, investigation and evaluation skills, with a structured approach to problem solvingEffective skills and experience analyzing technology behavior and issue resolutionLiaise with TAC, vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution-ability to work and effectively prioritize in a highly dynamic work environment that includes a global focusExperience using Troubleticketing tools such as Servicenow/remedy for handling troubleticketsOther Requirements: Strong verbal and written communication skills are a mustExcellent interpersonal skills and should be a team playerAbility to work effectively across internal and external organizationsStrong technology background is required
