Job Description
We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Staff Nurses to join our ICU/Emergency Department in Chennai. The ideal candidates should be well-versed in critical care or emergency procedures, with a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care in high-pressure environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and assess critically ill or emergency patients.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Assist in emergency procedures and resuscitation efforts.
- Maintain accurate patient records and vital signs.
- Coordinate with the healthcare team to provide holistic patient care.
- Ensure adherence to infection control and hospital safety protocols.
- Provide emotional support to patients and their families.
Requirements:
- GNM or B.Sc Nursing from a recognized institution.
- Valid Nursing Council Registration.
- Freshers and candidates with up to 3 years of experience are welcome.
- Strong clinical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-stress environment.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
