Job Description

We are seeking an accomplished Full Stack Architect with deep expertise in React, Node.js, and AWS to join our team. With over 13 years of experience, the ideal candidate will not only design and implement end-to-end platforms in the insurance domain but also mentor and build strong teams, fostering growth among junior resources.

Key Responsibilities:

Architect, design, and deliver full-stack solutions utilizing React and Node.js.

Develop and implement scalable cloud-based architectures leveraging AWS services.

Lead the development of comprehensive platforms tailored for the insurance sector.

Mentor and guide junior team members, promoting knowledge sharing and technical growth.

Build and nurture a collaborative, high-performing team.

Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and align on technical solutions.

Maintain best practices in coding, security, and architectural standards.

Optimize systems for performance, scalability, and reliability.

Qualifications:

Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

13+ years of experience in full-stack development with a strong focus on React, Node.js, and AWS.

Proven experience designing platforms for the insurance domain.

Proficiency in front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).

Expertise in RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and cloud computing.

Familiarity with containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes.

Demonstrated ability to mentor, guide, and build teams with junior resources.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills:

Knowledge of serverless architecture and DevOps practices.

Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
