Job Description
We re looking for a talented Project Manager who is skilled in multiple technologies, has been a project manager for at least 3 years, and has a total of 7 to 10 years of experience in the IT industry, mainly working with C#. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing software development projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and client satisfaction and strong understanding of mobile app and web app development technologies and frameworks. This role requires excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as a deep understanding of C# development methodologies and related technologies.
Qualification: Bachelors / Masters degree in Computer Science
Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning:
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Create detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budget estimates.
- Develop and maintain project documentation.
Team Management:
- Lead and motivate cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and quality assurance professionals.
- Assign tasks and ensure that team members are meeting project milestones.
- Conduct regular team meetings and provide guidance and support.
C# Expertise:
- Provide technical guidance and expertise in C# development.
- Review code and ensure that development best practices are followed.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions.
Risk Management:
- Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation plans.
- Monitor project progress and address issues as they arise.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Stakeholder Communication:
- Maintain clear and effective communication with clients, stakeholders, senior management and directors.
- Provide regular project status updates and reports.
- Manage client expectations and address any concerns.
Quality Assurance and Testing :
- Ensure that software products meet high-quality standards and requirements.
- Oversee the testing and quality assurance processes.
- Implement continuous improvement strategies for product quality.
Budget Management:
- Oversee project budgets and financials.
- Monitor project expenses and ensure projects are executed within budget constraints.
Agile Methodology:
- Implement Agile methodologies to facilitate iterative development.
- Lead Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Documentation:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation.
- Document decisions, issues, and resolutions.
Post-Implementation Review:
- Conduct post-implementation reviews to assess project success and identify areas for improvement.
- Document and share lessons learned.
Client Satisfaction:
- Gather client feedback throughout the project lifecycle.
- Address client concerns promptly and work to enhance client satisfaction.
- Identify opportunities for upselling or expanding services.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field (Master s degree preferred).
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in software development for 3 years, with a focus on C# and total working experience for 7 to 10 years in the IT industry.
- Strong understanding of mobile app and web app development technologies and frameworks.
- Familiarity with both iOS and Android platforms.
- Strong knowledge of C# programming language and related technologies.
- Client-centric mindset with the ability to understand and address client needs.
- Proactive in managing client expectations and building strong client relationships.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Effective leadership and team management abilities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with project management software.
