As our Head of Product, you will be working directly with our CEO and be responsible for driving the product vision and roadmap. You should be strategic, detail oriented, and have exceptional analytical skills. Responsibilities Vision and Roadmap Create the product vision and translate it into a detailed product roadmap and work with the business owners and technology team to execute the roadmap Ownership Drive ideation and execution of new products/features that are value accretive for the company, either by increasing growth potential or leading to a better customer experience Take ownership and drive ongoing improvement in (1) mobile app used by external customers, and (2) back end software that powers the business Gain a deep understanding of user experience (internal and external), identify and fill product gaps, and generate new ideas that improve. customer experience and drive efficiency (for internal users), and incorporate into product design and functionality Keep abreast of latest technological developments and continuously incorporate newer elements in product functionality after discussion with business teams Structured Problem Solving Product solving with a data-driven and test and iterate approach. Ideation and conceptualization with a long-term view to ensure efficiency. Translate product strategy and roadmap into detailed requirements and prototypes Planning and Delivery Scope and prioritize activities based on business and user impact Work with the technology team to (1) architect and define the necessary technical solutions,(2) create a development work plan, and (2) ensure efficient and timely execution of work Leadership Provide leadership and direction to build, manage, grow and inspire a high performance team that enables you to deliver on your objectives Requirements 10 15 years of total work experience with 10 years of work experience in product management, with a track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle Experience in working with consumer focused mobile apps Ability to develop product strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web and mobile technologies Strong problem solving skills and willingness to roll up ones sleeves to get the job done Skilled at working effectively with cross functional teams Excellent written and verbal communication skills Requirements Age: max 45 Gender: open Education: BE/Btech /MBA Experience 10 to 15 years Skills mobile apps/ mobile technology Others: Job Number: Location: Website: Salary Range: As per the industry standard Experience Needed: Apply on or Before: Job Number 03 Location Kolkata or Bangalore Salary As per the industry standard EXPERIENCE NEED 10 - to 15 years
