PRODUCT HEAD - PERSONALIZATION Mumbai/ Bangalore, India | Product Team | Full-time Does using tonnes of seemingly mundane data, and converting it into a MAGICAL personalized experience to EACH customer, in REAL-TIME excite you Are you obsessed with transforming a vision into reality If so, this is an opportunity for you! The impact you will create in the Job: Build and manage the vision of the entire personalization suite at Netcore. Build the product strategy after understanding the market, customer needs, competition and the evolution of the rapidly changing space. Focus on the product differentiation in the short-term and long-term. Build the product roadmap, and prioritizing the same, while balancing the immediate needs of the clients and the long-term vision of the product. Work with the product and engineering teams to build a product that: oIs a delight to use by our clients oProvides a magical personalized experience to our clients customers oDelivers an. ever-increasing, and quantifiable increase in revenue to our clients oMakes is increasingly easy for our clients to integrate the product Work with the market team to ensure success of the product in the market: oWith sales: enabling the reception of the product/ features in the market oWith marketing: enabling the right branding and messaging for the product oWith onboarding and customer success: enabling them with features, tools and expertise to deliver a great first-time experience to the client What we look for 10+ years of total experience, with a substantial experience in product management. Experience in managing a product portfolio, end-to-end, from strategy to GTM. Ability to build product architectures, and appreciate tech-architecture. Solid understanding of database and data management concepts. Familiarity with micro-service based product architecture. Prior experience in hands-on coding is a plus (but NOT a requirement). ML-AI familiarity with solid number-crunching capability. Understanding of how basic algorithms work, and the measurement of their success. Prior experience in hands-on modeling is a plus (but NOT a requirement). Prior experience in e-commerce is a plus. Prior experience in Personalization and Search is a plus. Passion for building products backed by research, user interviews and competition study. Passion for building products that deliver a great user experience. Great aptitude for numbers. Good understanding of product development from an engineers perspective. Ability to form solid bonds with people across different functions. Why Netcore Being first is in our nature.
