Job Description

Product Head - Debit Cards - Job Summary Product Head Debit Cards would be responsible for leading Debit Cards Business Team of product and portfolio managers, support development of product plans, responsible for P&L and work towards tactics / strategy to support Debit Card growth as outlined by the Bank. The candidate would be responsible for enhancing current product proposition, incorporating new features, improving customer experience & deepen client relations, drive Fee revenue and creating overall value from the Debit Card portfolio of the Bank. Key Accountabilities - Responsibilities Responsible for driving Debit Card product roadmap and implementation, delivering value enhancement and revenue opportunities Expand existing product portfolio to create wider choices for customers to help sales channels in new acquisition Responsible for conceptualization, development, implementation of various Debit Cards projects. Handle Debit Card Projects end to end to ensure. timely delivery and avoid costs overrun Candidate would be responsible for directly owning the P&L for debit cards Responsible for product development, enhancements, modifications in existing and new Debit Card Products Identify and implement new opportunities in Payments ecosystem to stay ahead of the curve Develop executable framework and growth strategies to drive usage and spends across customer segments, payment methods and key events Collaborate with other internal / external stakeholders & product / segment teams to drive new initiatives and leverage capabilities thereby driving growth across Liabilities & Fees Analysis of various data sets to identify market trends, product opportunities, best practices and appropriate action plans Develop and explore pipelines for execution of strategic partnerships for Debit Cards Candidate should be aware of all Regulatory Compliances & understanding of the Banking environment Core Competencies: Desired Skills & Experience Full time Post Graduate Degree/diploma from Tier 1 B school with minimum 9 years of experience in Banking/Fintech/Payments industries with minimum 3 years in Debit Cards Good understanding of payments, retail banking and digital technologies Good analytical and data-backed decision-making skills Customer oriented approach and ability to drive growth and business objectives Sound judgement and flexibility in balancing multiple projects to meet tight deadline Ability to write Product /Process requirement documents Excellent written and oral communication skills Good inter-personal skills to work in cross-functional teams and team leadership experience Detailed working knowledge preferred of MS Office/SQL
