Job Description

Product Strategy: Develop and communicate a comprehensive NaaS portfolio strategy that aligns with the market trends and the company's overall business objectives. Define the product vision, differentiation, and competitive positioning. Identify customer needs, competitive landscape, emerging trends, and opportunities for innovation. Work closely with the technology, R&D and Digital teams to own the definition of strategy and product plans that creates sustainable differentiation for the next generation of Airtels connectivity offerings and solutions. Product Roadmap and Development: Create and manage a clear and prioritized product roadmap that outlines the development timeline for various NaaS offerings. Continuously refine the roadmap based on customer feedback, market changes, and technological advancements. Work closely with internal stakeholders and OEMs to define detailed product requirements, user stories, and use cases. Ensure a deep understanding of customer pain points. and translate them into functional specifications. Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including service teams, engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to bring new NaaS products and features to market. Product Launch and Sales Enablement: Plan and execute successful product launches, including coordinating cross-functional efforts, ensuring product readiness, and monitoring post-launch performance and customer feedback. Own and drive the sales enablement interventions to equip the sales and solution teams across the segments for successful selling Go-to-Market Strategy: Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop effective go-to-market strategies, including product positioning, pricing, messaging, and sales enablement materials. Customer Engagement: Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, seeking regular feedback to drive iterative product enhancements and maintain a customer-centric approach. Qualifications and Skills: Proven track record in product management. Telecom background is a plus. Excellent leadership, communication, coaching and interpersonal skills. Well versed with the upcoming NaaS technologies, including SDWAN and BoD. Experience of working with OEM partners and driving joint go-to-market success. Strong strategic thinking and business acumen, with the ability to align technical solutions with business goals. A collaborative problem solver who helps deliver results across team boundaries; adept at setting up processes and systems that enable a seamless customer experience across the lifecycle. Proven ability to manage and inspire cross-functional teams.
