Senior Manager - Technical Consulting (Salesforce) @ Naukri

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of up to 35 Technical Consultants, Architects, and Managers.
  
• Deliver technical work (25% utilization) on Salesforce Industries projects.
  
• Hire, mentor, and train technical staff to ensure high-quality solution delivery.
  
• Collaborate with clients, Delivery Managers, and Solution Architects to design and implement scalable solutions.
  
• Lead enterprise architecture and governance, driving strategic discussions with client leadership.
  
• Conduct functional/technical workshops and oversee project delivery with a focus on Service, Sales, and Experience Clouds.
  
• Ensure high CSAT and manage complex client expectations.
  

Required Experience:

• 15+ years in Salesforce technical consulting with 8+ years in people management.
  
• Deep expertise in Industry Cloud, Vlocity OmniStudio, integration/security/data architecture, and Apex design patterns.
  
• Hands-on experience with Apex, LWC, Lightning Flows, HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
  
• Strong communication and leadership skills; proficient in English.
  

Preferred:

• Salesforce Certifications (Admin, Developer, Architect).
  
• OmniStudio Developer/Consultant certification.
  
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management abilities.
