Job Description
Skills & Experience:
- Strong understanding of data governance principles and enterprise data management.
- Knowledge of data compliance standards (e.g., GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA).
- Leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and change management skills.
- Familiarity with data architecture and analytics tools.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Expertise in data modeling, warehousing, and lakehouse architectures.
- Knowledge of ETL/ELT pipelines and data integration tools.
- Familiarity with big data technologies (e.g., Spark, Kafka, Hadoop).
- Detail-oriented with knowledge of data profiling, cleansing, and validation.
- Experience with data catalog and metadata management tools (e.g., Collibra, Alation).
- Ability to document data definitions, lineage, and business glossaries.
- Familiarity with data lakes, warehouses (e.g., Snowflake, Redshift), and real-time processing.
- Understanding of data quality and performance optimization.
- Experience managing data or IT transformation projects.
