  • About The Role Job Summary:We are seeking a highly skilled LinkedIn CampaignSpecialist with 5+ years of experience in planning, executing, andoptimizing LinkedIn advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate will have astrong background in LinkedIn Ads Manager, audience targeting, A/B testing, anddata-driven decision-making to drive lead generation and brand awareness.Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute LinkedIn ad campaigns, including Sponsored Content, InMail, Text Ads, and Dynamic Ads.
  • Manage and optimize LinkedIn ad accounts to improve performance and ROI.
  • Conduct audience research and segmentation to create highly targeted campaigns.
  • Monitor key performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, conversion rates) and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • A/B test ad creatives, messaging, and audience segments to enhance campaign effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with content and design teams to develop high-performing ad creatives.
  • Stay updated with LinkedIn advertising trends, tools, and best practices.
  • Generate detailed reports and insights on campaign performance and suggest improvements.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align LinkedIn campaigns with overall marketing strategies.
  • Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in LinkedIn campaign management and advertising.
  • Proven track record of running successful LinkedIn Ads campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Analytics, and other reporting tools.
  • Excellent understanding of B2B marketing and LinkedIn's advertising ecosystem.
  • Experience in budget management and optimizing ad spend for maximum ROI.
  • Proficiency in A/B testing and performance analysis.
  • Strong copywriting and creative skills for ad messaging.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot).
  • Knowledge of retargeting and account-based marketing (ABM) strategies.
  • Google Ads or Facebook Ads experience is a plus.
