We are seeking a highly motivated Marketing and Branding Intern to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will come up with marketing initiatives, contributing creative ideas while learning from experienced professionals in the field. Responsibilities: Marketing and Bransing strategy : Initiate creative strategies after market research and assess successful and failed ones. Analyse company strategies so far and build the brand in line with the same. Assist in Brand Development: Aid to the development and maintenance of the company's brand identity, ensuring consistency across all marketing materials. Assist in Content Creation: Support in creating engaging content for various platforms such as social media, website, newsletters, and promotional materials. Social Media Management: Assist in managing and. curating social media content, monitoring engagement, and proposing innovative strategies to increase brand visibility. Market Research: Conduct market research and analysis to identify consumer trends, competitor strategies, and industry insights. Summarize findings for future strategy planning. Campaign Coordination: Aid in the coordination and execution of marketing campaigns, including logistics, content creation, and performance tracking. Graphic Design Assistance: Collaborate with the design team to generate visuals that align with the brand's identity and marketing campaigns. Analytics and Reporting: Help monitor marketing performance metrics and generate reports. Contribute to analyzing data and making recommendations based on insights. Qualifications: Graduate of a Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with marketing software (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Creative Suite). Basic understanding of digital marketing and social media management. Creative thinking, attention to detail, and ability to work both independently and in a team.
