Company Description We are custom cosmetic product developers. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Executive located in Vadodara. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and implementing sales strategies to promote the growth of the company. They will work closely with other members of the sales and marketing team to achieve business targets and increase revenue. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field Minimum of 2 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software Ability to work. independently as well as in a team Knowledge of the cosmetics industry is a plus
