Quality - Assistant Manager @ Fiat

Job Description

Responsible for supporting the Quality Management department by monitoring and implementing quality assurance programs aligned with NABH standards. Conducting internal audits. Identifying areas for improvement. Collecting data. Training healthcare teams. Reporting on quality metrics to ensure patient safety and high-quality care delivery across the hospital Working closely with the Quality Manager to achieve overall quality objectives. Key responsibilities may include: Quality Assurance Monitoring Compliance Management Process Improvement Training and Education Reporting and Communication Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, nursing, or related field Experience /Knowledge of NABH accreditation standards and quality improvement methodologies Strong analytical and data interpretation skill Ability to work independently and as part of a team Experience in healthcare quality management will be added advantage Experience: - Minimum of 4 to 6 years.
