- A Snapshot of Your Days We are seeking a dedicated IT Service Analyst with some experience in Business Intelligence platforms, such as Tableau Server, to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling first-level requests, addressing users" queries, and providing exceptional support to ensure smooth IT operations. How Youll Make an Impact Respond to and resolve first-level IT service requests and incidents in a timely and efficient manner. Provide technical support and assistance to users, addressing their queries and solving issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity. Apply knowledge of Business Intelligence platforms, such as Tableau Server, to assist in data-related queries and support. Collaborate with other IT team members to bring up and resolve complex issues that require higher-level intervention. Maintain accurate records of service requests, incidents, and resolutions in the IT service management system. Conduct regular system checks and maintenance to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime. Assist in the development and implementation of IT policies, procedures, and standard methodologies. Deliver training and guidance to users on the effective use of IT resources and tools. What You Bring Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Experience as an IT Service Analyst or in a similar role that can be proven. Basic knowledge of Business Intelligence platforms, such as Tableau Server, Experience with other Business Intelligence tools and data visualization software. Knowledge of network and system administration. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to fix technical issues optimally. Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users. Familiarity with IT service management frameworks such as ITIL is a plus. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Certification in ITIL or other relevant IT service management frameworks.
