Job Description

JD:

Lead, supervise, and support a team of debt recovery agents.
Allocate accounts and workloads based on agent strengths and performance.
Monitor team performance against KPIs and collection targets.
Track daily, weekly, and monthly recovery progress.
Generate reports on team and individual performance.

Handle escalated complaints or sensitive recovery cases.

Work from home

Work Days - Monday - Friday

Work time - 10AM - 7PM
