Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Workday Integration lead developer with 8+ years of expertise to join our dynamic IT team, in supporting our Next Generation HR Technology Roadmap, as well as our upcoming Workday program. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing and maintaining integrations between Workday and other enterprise systems.

Requirements:

Strong expertise in Workday integration tools, including Workday Studio, Workday EIB, Workday Cloud Connect, and Workday Web Services.
Deep understanding of Workdays integration capabilities, strong technical skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless and efficient integration solutions.
Experience with middleware and integration platforms such as Google APIGEE, Fusion, WebMethods or similar tools is a plus.
Sound understanding of web services, APIs, XML, XSLT and other integration technologies.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex integration issues.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Proven experience working on enterprise programs or solutions.
Understanding of access control principles, authentication mechanisms and data protection is a plus.
Workday Integration certification will be preferred.
