Job Description
- As a Senior UX Designer in the UX design team, candidate is expected to create amazing work in fulfilments space
- Apart from Understanding the requirements in regular project enhancements you will be part of revolutionizing the fulfilment space inside a warehouse
- With ample opportunity to automate the various manual process inside warehouse you will also create new cool products, apps and service to enhance the user experience
- Improving user experience and usability of our existing digital products will also be an important part of KRA
- Envisioning and creating digital products and interfaces for different personas, equipping the users with metrics to help to make work efficiently and improve fulfilment productivity
Responsibilities
1. Understand the product requirement and user challenges, visually create/ depict the scenarios, edge cases. Create wireframes to showcase the complex use flows and develop final visual design.
2. As a senior UX designer, the role involves planning the projects milestones, independently leading the projects and executing deliverables in committed timeframes.
3. Showcase and take feedback of the delivered designs from internal and external stakeholders.
4. Share responsibilities of team projects in case of unforeseen circumstances.
5. As a user evangelist able to communicate user need and expectations.
Requirements
1. Bachelors or master s in design stream (Information Design, User Interface, Interaction Communication, Graphics, Industrial, etc) from Design College with 2 years or 4 years of formal design education.
2. 4 to 7 years of relevant UX experience.
3. Proficiency in UX software (Sketch Preferred).
4. Worked on at least 2-3 complex enterprise level projects (B2B preferred)
5. Ability to work in a hypergrowth and quick deliverable environment.
6. Strong Communication skill with outstanding presentation and Visual skill.
