Data Architect for a major platform supporting Customer Success Services with experience working in major transformation programs. Experience: 5 to 12 years Job description We are seeking a talented and experienced Data Architect to be part of the Customer Success Services(CSS) Team to lead our transformation to the new My Oracle Support (MOS) platform initiative. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, creating, deploying and managing the data architecture to integrate My Oracle Support with CSS platform tools and services. This person will be working in tandem with a senior data architect who will be responsible for the CSS platforms overall data architecture. Having expertise in creating data models at macro and micro levels using Oracle Database, the ideal candidate will be an exceptionally strong communicator, both written and verbally, have a well-rounded technical background, and come with a history of leading large-scale projects. end-to-end. Responsibilities Understand the data relationships between various tools & services that integrate with MOS Design a rugged data model to support the anti-corruption layer between old and new systems Gain a deep technical understanding of OCI services and be able to drive the technical direction of the team in the data space. Establish Governance and Data Catalog Take large, complex projects and break them down into manageable pieces. Job Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in technical program management, with a focus on cloud-based technologies. Demonstrated experience in Data Architecture aspects for large enterprise scale projects Knowledge of Microservices-based architecture, and best practices of building on the Cloud. Experienced or conversant in tools like columnar and NoSQL databases, predictive analytics, data visualization, and unstructured data. Strong understanding of project management methodologies, such as Agile and Scrum. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage relationships with stakeholders at all levels. Proven ability to handle priorities of multiple, complex projects simultaneously and deliver them on time and within budget. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail
