Job Description

Role & responsibilities
Observing and assessing patients: Monitoring vital signs, recording observations, and assessing patient conditions.
Patient intake: Obtaining health histories, measurements, and vitals.
Developing and implementing care plans: Collaborating with physicians and other healthcare professionals to create and execute patient care plans.
Monitoring patient progress: Tracking patient responses to treatments and interventions.
Providing emotional support: Offering comfort, reassurance, and guidance to patients and their families.
Educating patients and families: Explaining health conditions, treatment plans, and recovery processes.
Communicating with healthcare team: Sharing information with physicians, other nurses, and staff members.
Maintaining patient records: Documenting patient information and updates in the patient's health record.
