Job Description

Transfer data into database systemsType in data provided directly from customers or other parties
Create and manage spreadsheets with large numbers of figuresVerify data by comparing it to source documents
Update existing dataProduce reportsRetrieve data as requestedPerform regular backups to ensure data preservationDesired
Skills:Excellent communication skills
Good attitude, punctual and disciplinedMultitasking abilitiesTyping Speed must be above 30 words per minute
Proven experience as a data entry clerkExcellent knowledge of word processing toolsMandatory 0 - 6 months of experience with Office 365 (MS Office Word, Excel, etc
)Basic understanding of DatabasesGood command of English both oral and written and customer service skillsGreat attention to detail
