Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Test Analyst with 4 to 6 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in TestComplete Test Automation AWS HP ALM CQ and GIT along with domain experience in Customer Premises Equipment. This hybrid role requires a proactive individual who can work effectively in a day shift setting contributing to the quality assurance of our products and services.


Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive testing of software applications to ensure quality and functionality.
  • Implement and execute automated test scripts using Test Automation tools.
  • Employ TestComplete for automated functional and regression testing.
  • Collaborate with development teams to understand project requirements and design test plans.
  • Utilize GIT for version control and manage code repositories effectively.
  • Monitor and report defects using HP ALM ensuring timely resolution.
  • Leverage AWS for cloud-based testing environments and infrastructure.
  • Analyze test results and provide detailed feedback to stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in testing.
  • Maintain and update test documentation and records accurately.
  • Work closely with the Customer Premises Equipment domain to ensure product compatibility.
  • Adapt to the hybrid work model balancing remote and in-office responsibilities.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the testing process.

    • Qualifications

  • Have hands-on experience with Test Automation tools for efficient testing.
  • Exhibit proficiency in TestComplete for automated testing processes.
  • Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve issues.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in using GIT for version control and collaboration.
  • Show expertise in using HP ALM for defect tracking and management.
  • Be knowledgeable in AWS for setting up and managing test environments.
  • Understand the intricacies of the Customer Premises Equipment domain.
  • Display excellent communication skills for effective collaboration.
  • Be detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
  • Adapt to changing project requirements and priorities.
  • Work independently and as part of a team in a hybrid work model.
  • Stay updated with the latest testing tools and technologies.
  • Demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
