Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruiter located in Kochi. The Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and hiring. The Recruiter will also be responsible for. building relationships with hiring managers and conducting strategic workforce planning and forecasting. The Recruiter will be expected to stay up-to-date with recruiting trends and best practices. Qualifications Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices Experience with applicant tracking systems and job boards Ability to build relationships with hiring managers and candidates Strong organizational and time management skills Experience with social media and employer branding Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field Experience in IT recruitment is a plus Experience working in a fast-paced, global environment is a plus
