Role Description This is a full-time on-site role as a Customer Relationship Executive at CHW Forge Private Limited in Ghaziabad. The Customer Relationship Executive will be responsible for handling customer satisfaction, managing business relationships, and providing excellent customer service to clients. Qualifications Estimation Work of. Forgings 2 to 3 year Forging Experience in managing business relationships and client relations Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Effective problem-solving skills Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software Experience in the two to five years manufacturing industry is a plus Excellent customer satisfaction and customer service skills
