Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :

  • Source top talent for IT roles through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, and internal databases.
  • Conduct initial screenings of resumes and cover letters to identify potential candidates who meet the requirements of the job posting.
  • Schedule interviews with qualified candidates and coordinate logistics for interviewers and interviewees.
  • Negotiate salary offers with selected candidates to secure the best possible hire.

Job Requirements :

  • 1-5 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment or staffing industry.
  • Strong understanding of ATS (Applicant Tracking System) software for managing candidate pipelines.
  • Excellent sourcing skills including networking, researching companies, and identifying key contacts within organizations.
