What would you do

• Meet clients to understand their CRM and process requirements.
• Re-engineer business processes to ensure accurate CRM roll-out.
• Responsible for the implementation of client systems.
• Translate client requirements into system configuration & custom developments and prepare an
• achievable delivery schedule.
• Create data migration and integration mappings.
• Mockup web service specifications for integration, completion, and testing
• Resolve technical issues with servers, authentication, IIS, Exchange, SQL, and other related technologies
• to CRM.

We are currently looking for a highly skilled techno-functional consultant with good Implementation
experience for a deep IP technology platform company.

For this role, you must have:

• Good verbal and written communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills. Ability to gather
• customer requirements through interviews, workshops, document analysis, use cases, scenarios, and
• meetings.
• Good understanding of Process flows
• Configure/parametrize platform to meet business requirements.
• Good customer handling skills
• Understanding of the technology framework

Technical Skills
Experience with SQL & Oracle databases or NoSQL Database
OR
Experience on Asp.net/ C# with knowledge of Web services, or JavaScript JSON
OR
Good to have front-end development skills using HTML/CSS
OR
Application Development using JavaScript, JSON, jQuery, and .NET, MVC Design Patterns

Desirable:
Experience in BFSI and CRM domains (preferred)
You will have the dual role of a technology and business expert and help make decisions that will impact on
the business.
