Sr . Technical Lead @ Team Computers

- Provide technical direction to the team and be a key contributor on all projects.
- Gather functional requirements, develop technical specifications, and ensure project delivery as per the
defined quality standards, acceptance criteria, and schedule.
- Responsible for designing, developing and integrating Web based applications and related backend
systems.
- Design and develop scalable solutions, enforce coding guidelines, and perform coding with the Team.
- Responsible for driving complex technical projects from the planning stage through execution.
- Responsible for defining and maintaining the overall architecture for all system/program/initiatives.
- Ability to solve highly technical complex problems and be called on to deliver within tight deadlines and
budget
- Distribute the development work following agile methodology
- Able to work in a highly demanding environment and plan the deliveries
- Envisioning architectural scheme, information structure, features, functionality and user interface design.

Must have:

- Familiarity with JavaScript framework such as React.js or Angular 6/7 , Mobile App
Development (Android, iOS, React native, Flutter), MERN stack .
- Proficiency with Server side languages such as Node.js or Java or Python ,GO,.net
- Familiarity with database technology such as MY SQL, Mongo DB and Postgres, Big Data, Hadoop ,
Block Chain.
- Must have excellent communication skills.
- Excellent problem solving skills.
- Hands on experience in testing (both automotive like Selenium and manual as well)
- Having hands on experience in Technical documentation.
