Role Description We are currently seeking an experienced Insurance Sales Manager to join our team in Delhi, India. As an Insurance Sales Manager, you will have to work to achieve sales targets and goals. This is a full-time on-site role, located in Delhi, Chhatarpur India. The successful candidate will be responsible for: Developing and executing sales strategies to meet sales targets Identifying opportunities for growth and expansion into new markets Providing outstanding customer service to clients Conducting market research to identify trends and. opportunities Creating and maintaining key relationships with clients and stakeholders Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field 5+ years of experience in insurance sales and management Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets Understanding of insurance products and sales techniques Ability to lead and motivate a team of sales agents Knowledge of CRM software and sales automation tools Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
