Urgently Hiring For Campaign Manager In Leading Life Insurance Company - Mumbai Designation - Campaign Manager Location - Mumbai (Corporate Office) Salary - Upto 8 Lacs Exp. Required :Minimum 2 years experience in Campaign Management Candidate from Life Insurance(Preferable), Banking, , Broking, Securities, Health Insurance, General Insurance Job description 1) Create integrated marketing campaigns based on market segments to gain new customers and build repeat business 2) Supervise the execution, monitoring and measurement of marketing campaigns and their success 3) Ensure campaign implementation follows organizational guidelines 4) Recruit and train talent for the successful implementation of marketing campaigns 5) Compile regular reports of campaign performance and results 6) Improve new campaigns using data and feedback from existing and previous projects 7) New Vendor onboarding. 8) Monitoring the performance of vendor data. 9) Analyze the database segment which is used by the. vendor. 10)Co-ordinating with the call center team to achieve the desired target. 11) Listening to call recording and giving feedback to the call center to improve the quality. 12)Creating MTD and FTD reports and optimizing the campaign accordingly.
