We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist with 2-4 years of experience in IT hiring. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process, sourcing top talent, and ensuring a smooth hiring experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking.
- Conduct initial screening and coordinate technical interviews.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and hiring needs.
- Maintain and update the recruitment database and applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Ensure a positive candidate experience and employer branding.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in IT hiring.
Requirements:
- 2-4 years of experience in IT recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong experience with job portals (LinkedIn, Naukri, etc.) and sourcing techniques.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple positions and work under tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with HR software and ATS.
- Experience in SAP hiring is an advantage.
