Job description:
Responsible for handling multiple software projects and managing a team with a total
headcount of 25 technical specialists.
Direct operating and maintain budget for technology department providing strategic
direction and leadership to corporate product portfolio of applications supporting
internal users.
To develop system performance improvements designed to enhance operational
efficiencies by adopting engineering transformation technologies.
To establish strategy roadmap for IT department to support strategic business priorities
by conducting analysis to examine current and future state of critical systems and
developing software and technical solutions in response.
Plan the project by understanding the scope, determining the resources, and developing
the project schedule.
To ensure established policies and procedures of the organization are followed.
Execute the project according to the project plan/timelines/schedules.
Coordinated email communication on project and status reporting to stakeholders.
To ensure that project deliverables are on time.
Responsible for weekly meetings (Internal, Customer, Stakeholders) to track and update
the progress of deliverables.
Responsible for complete end to end management.
Looking for someone having good experience, strong technical background, and an excellent track record in leveraging quality software engineering strategies.
