Company Description White house processing mills for knitted fabrics . Role Description This is a Full-time on-site position located in Nagari for a Merchandise Manager. The Merchandise Manager will be responsible for overseeing the planning, development and execution of the organization's retail operations. This includes managing inventory levels, analyzing sales data, negotiating with suppliers and vendors, creating promotional campaigns and managing the budget for their assigned area. The Merchandise Manager will report directly to the Business Head of Retail/ Exports and will work closely with other members of the management team including marketing, finance, and retail operations to ensure the organization's sales and profitability goals are achieved. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field 4 plus years of experience in retail operations, buying and/or merchandise management Experience in managing inventory. levels, analyzing sales data, negotiating with suppliers and vendors, and creating promotional campaigns Strong business acumen, analytical skills and strategic thinking ability Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with an ability to build strong relationships Demonstrated experience in managing budgets and financial reporting Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks Ability to lead a team, create a positive work culture and motivate team members to achieve results Experience in the retail industry is preferred
