Minimum Qualifications
- ONLY from IITs (Batch should be 2025 ONLY) Bachelor's or higher engineering degree in Computer Science, or related technical field, or equivalent additional professional experience.

Role Summary:
As a Graduate Software Developer, you will be part of an agile development team responsible for building scalable and robust software solutions. Along with key exposure to enterprise-level non-functional requirements to tackle real-world software challenges. You will work closely with product owners to translate user stories and feature requirements into high-quality code using the latest technologies.
Key Responsibilities/What drives our teams /Our passion:
- Develop, test, and maintain software components based on user stories and feature specifications.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code in Java 17 reactive streams and other associated technologies.
- Implement and optimize solutions using Spring Web Flux, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud
Contract, and other Spring modules.
- Build and manage microservices using Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm.
- Integrate event-driven systems with Kafka.
- Work on distributed data processing using Apache Spark.
- Develop front-end components using Angular and TypeScript.
- Collaborate on projects involving Kotlin and Spring Batch for advanced processing requirements.
- Build and deploy AWS cloud-based SaaS applications.
- Engage in continuous learning to adapt to emerging technologies and frameworks.
- Utilizing the enormous potential of GenAI like MS CoPilot in software design and development activities
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including architecture and product teams, to ensure the seamless implementation of enterprise-level non-functional requirements (NFRs).
- Drive innovation by introducing new ideas and technologies into the development process, with a focus on improving efficiency and reducing manual interventions.
- Collaborate with the team on building scalable SaaS products, while considering long-term product growth and maintaining enterprise-level quality.
- Leverage GenAI tools like GitHub Copilot to optimize your development workflow and enhance code quality.
- Focus on automation and efficiency improvements, not only in product development but also across operational tasks.
- Contribute to the overall product design and feature enhancements, thinking beyond just technical execution and considering the bigger product vision.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Java and a strong understanding of object-oriented programming.
- Familiarity with frameworks such as Spring Boot and Spring Web Flux.
- Exposure to Docker, Kubernetes, and container orchestration concepts.
- Knowledge of Kafka, Helm, AWS Cloud, and distributed systems.
- Experience or coursework in Angular, TypeScript, or similar front-end frameworks.
- Understanding of microservices architecture and SaaS application development.
