Collaborate with the content team to plan, shoot, and edit video content for various social media platforms. Create captivating reels that align with our brand's messaging and objectives. Growth-driven social media strategies. Driving growth across social channels, generating leads through social efforts. Develop and implement compelling social media strategies across multiple platforms viz. FB, Instagram, YT etc. to increase our audience reach and drive channel growth. Generate creative and engaging social media content, work closely with the production team to produce high-quality, engaging and visually appealing content/videos that align with our brand positioning, resonates with our target audience. and helps in driving lead growth. Execute the social plan and help in anchoring, video editing, uploading and tags optimization. Performance and analytics: Monitor, analyse and prepare reports on the performance of social media campaigns using various analytics tools. Analyse the data to identify opportunities, potential enhancements and optimize future strategies effectively. Community Management: Engage with our online community and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries on social channels in a timely and professional manner. Foster a positive relationships with our followers and customers to create a strong brand presence on social media. Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and guidelines for social media, ensuring compliance and ethical standards are met. Qualification: Bachelor's degree (with master's preferred). 2-4 years of experience in video anchoring, video production & social media marketing. Knowledge and hands on experience of Facebook, Instagram (Reels, Stories, Posts), Youtube and other social media best practices. Ability to produce high-quality, engaging and visually appealing content/videos that align with brand and audience need. Hands on experience in video editing, anchoring, video uploading and tags optimization across social platforms. Basic knowledge of video editing tools like Canva, Premiere pro, Capcut etc. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Excellent Proficiency with MS Excel.
