Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive/Assistant Manager IR located in Mumbai. The Executive/Assistant Manager IR will be responsible for managing employee relations, handling grievances and disciplinary actions, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, managing performance appraisals, and providing strategic advice to senior management on a range of industrial relations matters. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field 3-5 years of experience in industrial relations or human resources, with demonstrated knowledge of employment laws and regulations in India Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound judgments and decisions in complex cases Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, and build positive relationships with all stakeholders Proficiency in MS. Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint
